Hey,

I've been searching for an answer to this one on the forums...

Until now, I only used the LUT for 7-cards hands... Works great.
Like this...

Code:
static int GetHandValue(int* pCards) {
      int p = HR[53 + *pCards++];
      p = HR[p + *pCards++];
      p = HR[p + *pCards++];
      p = HR[p + *pCards++];
      p = HR[p + *pCards++];
      p = HR[p + *pCards++];
      return HR[p + *pCards++];
  }

I had de impression that by the fifth attribution, p would alread have a meaningful value. Doesn't happen though... Am I doing it wrong?

Thanks!

So, for future record, you just have to do an extra lookup. HR[p]
